What is the "Healthcare Vendor Solutions" tab?

The "Healthcare Vendor Solutions" tab is where you can configure info on Teledoc (formerly known as Livongo) programs if your client offers those.

The Teledoc feature is a moment within the ALEX Medical module that provides users with a short explanation of Teledoc services, specifically diabetes and hypertension. ALEX then connects them to the Teledoc site to register for the program(s) offered through their employer.

The goal is to increase awareness of what Teledoc offers for users with diabetes and/or hypertension and encourage registration for programs.

Note: Teledoc content is only available in the ALEX audio-led path (Benefits Counselor) not ALEX Go (the text-led path).
