Implementing Teledoc

The Teledoc Feature is a moment within the ALEX Medical module that provides users with a short explanation of Teledoc services (specifically diabetes and hypertension) and then connects them to the Teledoc site to register for the program(s) offered through their employer.

1. Navigate to the Healthcare Vendor Solutions tab of the Medical plan you'd like to add Teledoc to.

2. You'll see a single toggle — "This plan does not use/uses Teledoc Health." Set this to "uses".

3. Enter the URL. Use the URL associated with the program(s) offered by the employer and include the specific Teledoc Health Registration Code associated with the Teledoc Health contract in place of “REGCODE”.

   • Diabetes Program Only: Join.livongo.com/REGCODE/alex

   • Hypertension Program Only:Ready.livongo.com/REGCODE/alex

   • Diabetes + Hypertension Program:Get.livongo.com/REGCODE/alex

   • If customer has migrated, use the unified Teledoc URL: teladochealth.com/clientregcode

   If you do not know the Teledoc Health Registration Code, the fastest way to get this information is reaching out to the Teledoc Health Team for assistance. If you do not know who to contact, reach out to selfservicesupport@jellyvision.com for assistance.

4. Set which services are offered. For all plans using Teledoc, the same services must be available across all plans.
