FAQ TEMPLATE TIPS

  • Try to have each FAQ question & its corresponding answer on the same page as much as possible… it helps Ask ALEX keep content straight

    • Use pages breaks if needed

  • Write the FAQs in the language/tone you want Ask ALEX to address employees… for example:

    • Do you call employees associates, team members, or something different?

    • Is your internal tone fun & quirky, simple & straightforward, or bold & inspirational?

    • Reflect the personality of your organization!

  • Include links to provider sites/contact information where possible. It helps employees find the next step and is a great source of information for Ask ALEX to reference
