Why doesn't Disability show the percentage and monthly/weekly maximum?

ALEX always strives to show what's relevant to each user.
ALEX asks for a user's salary and uses it to determine if an employee would be eligible for the full percentage of their salary or the weekly/monthly max amount. He'll then show either the percentage or max based on what they are eligible for.
Both the percentage and max will be shown on the Disability details page when a user asks ALEX to open up a page with the details.
