What is ALEX ID?

ALEX ID allows users to create an account so that ALEX can remember and save their information year over year.

This feature also allows ALEX to message users (usually via email) to raise awareness and improve understanding of available benefits year-round.

You are also able to utilize SSO with ALEX ID, eliminating the need for users to create an additional login. If interested, reach out to your Jellyvision account manager for more info.

You can turn ALEX ID on/off in Builder under Product Settings>>Benefits Counselor/ALEX Go>>Settings>>General>>Optional Features.
