Implementing Medicare

ALEX Medicare is a separate product (URL) available as part of the ALEX platform at no extra cost. It can be implemented within the same configuration as ALEX Benefits Counselor/ALEX Go and the Sneak peek videos.
Navigate to Enable Products/Modules and make sure Medicare is toggled on.
You can add a company logo to Medicare under Product Settings>>Medicare>>Settings
After that you're ready to Launch! Head to URLs/Publish and click on "Medicare" to reveal it's Launch button.
Hit "Launch" and you'll receive the direct Medicare link in your inbox within a few minutes.
Once you've launched Benefits Counselor/ALEX Go, a linkout to Medicare will be present in that ALEX conversation as well.
