How do I Launch my configuration?

Launch ALEX once you've thoroughly reviewed and made sure everything looks good to be seen by employees.
Don't worry! You can Relaunch anytime, without charge, if updates are needed to the configuration.
Navigate to URLs/Publish.
Click on Benefits Counselor/ALEX Go. This will reveal the final ALEX URL, eligible employee count, and the Preview and Launch buttons.
Verify the Eligible Employee count is accurate. This number is what your invoice will be based off.
Click the yellow "Launch" button. A message with your invoice information will pop up.
If all looks good, hit "Launch" again.
Your launched link will be sent directly to your email address within a few minutes and be live for employees!
If you need to make any changes after you already hit "Launch", no problem! You'll make any edits you need and then hit "Relaunch" so any changes sync up to your live link.
The URL will remain the same, the content will just refresh, so no need to send the link off each time you make a change!
You will not get invoiced for relaunching unless you were to increase the eligible employee count.
