Turning ALEX Go on/off

1. Click on Enable Products/Modules

2. Click on Benefits Counselor/ALEX Go to open up the list of modules

3. Check the box next to ALEX Go to turn it on. Uncheck the box to turn it off.

4. After checking the box, you'll see ALEX Go appear along the Builder configuration menu.

5. Click into the ALEX Go Menu, and you'll be able to select whether you'd like ALEX Go in English, Spanish, or both.

When you preview or launch, the ALEX start screen will give users the option of going through the audio-led Benefits Counselor or text-driven ALEX Go. If you've enabled Spanish, there will be Spanish prompts as well to use ALEX Go Spanish.
