What's the difference between "Learn More" and the "Choose" button in ALEX Go?

In ALEX Go, benefits that commonly require employees to enroll and/or make a selection from multiple plans will show both “Learn More” and “Choose” options. Benefits like flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, etc. will only show “Learn More,” since a choice is not required on the employee’s part.
The buttons that appear for each type of benefit are determined within the base product and aren’t configurable.
