Should I turn on the base URL redirect?

Normally this toggle should be set to "should not" since the group will be sharing the full URL (found higher up than the redirect toggle under URLs/Publish) with the employees there and in order for that redirect work you need to double check that it wasn't turned on for any prior years. In general there isn't many cases where group's need to use that redirect (usually it is something like they miscommunicated the URL).
