Can I reorder the Medical Plans?

When we talk about plan order it is important to make sure we specify what part of the conversation is being viewed.

At the beginning of the Medical module in Benefits Counselor (audio version) when ALEX says, "You have these plans to choose from" the plans will be listed in the order they appear in Builder.

On the side-by-side comparison/details page, ALEX is going to list them in order of lowest to highest premiums before the user gets a plan recommendation.

After the user gets their plan recommendation, he will show the plans in recommendation order based on which plan(s) have the cheapest estimated out-of-pocket costs. So initially the plans will be shown in Builder order but after that, they'll be in the order that suits the user best.

The only place where these plans can be reordered is in the opening menu. To do this, just duplicate/delete them in Builder to get them into the order that you want them to appear.
