Can I change my customer's ALEX URL?

It is possible to change the custom portion of a group's URL if they have already launched. However there is almost always a few quick backend adjustments required for everything to run smoothly.

Please reach out to selfservicesupport@jellyvision.com, let us know the customer name and desired URL and we can get it updated in a snap!
